A Relaxing Escape

I loved our stay here! The quaint decor and beautiful ocean view were delightful. The helpful staff even delivered a hammock to our balcony. Do enjoy meals right on the beach, but remember to pay directly as they don’t charge to your room. Watch out for parking rules though!

Great beachfront access!

I really loved the amazing beach access and the huge shower in my spacious room. The breakfast every morning was a delightful surprise with so many choices! I'd totally stay here again.

Staying at this oceanfront hotel was a delight for my family, especially the grandkids! The rooms were spacious and the beach access couldn’t be beat. We loved being just one block away from Fifth Avenue, which was perfect for our family outings.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great for entertainment during downtime.

Multiple guests had issues with room assignments, moving between rooms multiple times, which disrupts plans and relaxation. Loud noise from nearby bars often continues late into the night, potentially ruining sleep quality for light sleepers. Amenities like the WiFi connection were inconsistent and unreliable in several rooms, which might frustrate those needing reliable internet access. Additionally, there were concerns about the maintenance of the bathroom facilities.

we loved staying at pelicano inn playa del carmen, beachfront! the beach access was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially at the restaurant. breakfast was a highlight with fresh orange juice and a great variety. also, the fitness room with cardio machines was a nice touch for keeping active.

Perfect location, great beach access.

The beach access was fantastic, and I loved lounging by the sun terrace with a cocktail in hand. There are plenty of sun loungers to relax on during the day, making it easy to soak in the sun. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi can be spotty at times, but overall, I had a wonderful time! 🌞

The location is spot on, only a skip from the famous Fifth Avenue and a short ride to some great golf spots. The small beach was nice to chill on, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for a fun getaway!

Unfortunately, the AC in our initial room wasn't working well, and it took two days for us to be moved. That was a bit frustrating, but overall we made the best of it.

Just an appropriate option for a budget stay in Playa del Carmen with value for money. The location was the only good thing despite the poor service. Make sure to check the visitor policies beforehand to avoid surprises.
